School-Based Physical Therapist - Ramona, CA

Make a meaningful impact as a part-time Physical Therapist, working with school-aged students in a supportive educational environment for the 2026/2027 school year. Qualifications and Experience: Current, active Physical Therapist license in California is required Proper credentials to practice in a school setting Previous experience in pediatric or school-based PT preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to the changing needs of students and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Role Overview: Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs) Complete assessments and document progress efficiently in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, aides, and family members to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations for accommodations, modifications, and equipment needs Deliver direct therapy and consultative services for approximately 10-11 hours weekly, with scheduling options spread across 1.5 days to fit your availability Compensation for this position ranges from $43.20 to $73.20.
