Data Entry Operator - Kewanee

Job Details Job Location: Kewanee, IL61443 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range:$16.00–$16.00Hourly Overview The Data Entry Operator works onsite in a comfortable work environment. The role requires transferring and transcribing source data from paper, electronic and other media into the required electronic format using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. The operator also prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry. Responsibilities Perform high‑volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software. Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents, reviewing data for errors, missing pages or missing information and resolving any discrepancies. Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, staff and information on data entry forms. Qualifications Reliable transportation. At least 16years of age. Pass a typing test of 50 words per minute with 10 errors or less. Successful completion of all required background checks.
