Key Responsibilities of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Provide care for patients requiring conscious sedation
• Manage respiratory failure cases, including ETT, HFOV
• Assist in CT placement procedures
• Maintain and care for central lines

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Minimum 1-year current PICU RN experience
• BLS & PALS certifications
• Post op cardiac experience preferred
• Proficiency in venous puncture
