Get a peek into life here at Kraft Heinz through our Instagram and TikTok channels!Finance Manager, Management Reporting & Data Foundation – Americas, Supply Chain at a glance….The Manager of Management Reporting & Data Foundation – Americas, Supply Chain supports the execution of the supply chain management reporting framework and financial data governance strategy across the Americas (North, South, and Central) finance organizations. This role applies standardized methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality financial insights with a focus on COGS P&L line items, including material cost, variable and fixed manufacturing cost, logistics cost, and related KPIs, across functions, business units, and leadership teams. The role ensures supply chain reporting standards, financial KPIs, and data definitions are aligned to global standards while supporting improvements in data quality, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities for the finance organization.What’s on the menu?Management Reporting Leadership· Support and execute the supply chain management reporting framework, including definitions, standards, and methodologies for COGS and related supply chain P&L metrics· Maintain and update standardized supply chain financial KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistent application across the Americas organizations· Support the development and maintenance of supply chain reporting packages, dashboards, and financial insights for Americas leadership teams· Ensure alignment of supply chain reporting structures across Americas FP&A, business units, and finance teamsFinancial Data Governance & Quality· Apply and maintain financial data governance policies, standards, and controls for supply chain data elements· Execute data quality improvement initiatives for supply chain finance data across systems and reporting platforms· Support the definition and management of ownership models for supply chain financial data elements and master data· Partner with data, IT, and digital teams to ensure supply chain data integrity across enterprise platformsReporting Tools & Platforms· Leverage finance reporting tools and platforms to deliver supply chain management reporting outputs· Support the adoption of modern reporting solutions, self-service analytics, and visualization tools within the supply chain finance team· Ensure supply chain reporting outputs align with enterprise data architecture and technology strategyCross-Functional Collaboration· Partner with FP&A, procurement finance, manufacturing finance, logistics finance, zone finance, controllership, and IT Finance teams to align and implement supply chain reporting frameworks· Serve as the key point of contact for supply chain reporting standards and data definitions within the Americas finance organizationsContinuous Improvement· Identify and implement opportunities to automate supply chain reporting processes and reduce manual work· Drive best-practice adoption for supply chain reporting across Americas marketsLeadership & Team· Support and develop team members responsible for supply chain reporting and financial data quality· Build capabilities in supply chain financial analytics, reporting design, and data governance within the teamundefinedRecipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or other related field required5+ years of experience in FP&A, supply chain reporting, or finance transformationExperience in multinational CPG or complex global organizations preferredStrong background in supply chain management reporting, COGS KPI frameworks, and financial analyticsExperience with COGS P&L reporting, SAP systems (material ledger), and Essbase reporting toolsData governance and data quality frameworksAdvanced analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Stakeholder management across regional finance organizationsProcess design and standardizationOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
