Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required) No experience in the IDD field? That’s okay. We provide training, mentorship, and a supportive team environment. Hiring Requirements 3 years of a valid California Driver’s License/ID 3 years clean driving record (for driving positions) Proof of negative TB test Physical clearance verification 21 years of age for driving roles Accessibility & Inclusion We recognize that each person has unique access needs.
