About our Agency: I've proudly owned my State Farm agency for nearly five years and lead a close-knit team of four. With my background as a U.S. Army captain and a Michigan State graduate (Go Green!), I bring leadership, dedication, and teamwork into everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and follow-up.
• Educate customers about their insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market the right products and services.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
