The Mission

Help us build a thoughtful, high-velocity talent acquisition engine, one that makes it easier for great people to discover us, have an exceptional candidate experience, and ultimately become part of the team.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with the recruiting team across the full hiring process. You'll get hands-on exposure to managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and the systems and processes that enable a growing team to hire well.

You'll have the opportunity to understand how a recruiting function works end-to-end, identify what can be better, and help build the systems and workflows that make hiring more effective.

Where you'll leave your mark?

• Build and manage candidate pipelines: Keep candidate pipelines organized, up to date, and moving across our ATS system.
• Create a great candidate experience: Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Keep the hiring engine moving: Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to track candidates, follow up on next steps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Make recruiting workflows better: Identify bottlenecks and repetitive processes, and help improve recruitment workflows, systems, and operating rhythms.
• Bring structure to the process: Maintain accurate candidate data, recruiting documentation, and reporting so the team has visibility into the hiring funnel.

• You're detail-oriented and understand that small things can have a big impact on the candidate experience.
• You're curious about how systems work and enjoy learning new tools and processes.
• You have a bias toward action and are comfortable figuring things out as you go.
• You naturally spot things that are broken, inefficient, or unnecessarily manual — and want to fix them.
• You are available to join us immediately.
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or an ATS is a plus — but curiosity, ownership, and learning velocity matter more.
