Receptionist

Program Receptionist Location: Lake Katrine, NY Salary: $18.00/hr Job Type: Temp or Temp to Perm, full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm This position supports our team that provides highly individualized mental health treatment for adults and reports to the Director of the team. Responsibilities Answer the phones and doors for clients Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and maintain appointments using spreadsheets, database, calendars Assist with booking Medicaid cabs Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree in a related discipline or High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years’ experience working in a related field Strong administrative skills and self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision in an effective and efficient manner Highly organized and efficient, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time-management skills Proficient in Word, Excel, word processing, developing and maintaining systems, typing, recordkeeping Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of or experience working with adults with mental health challenges preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
