Experienced HR professional USWhat you will doAs an HR professional you will be part of the bigger Operations team within the US. Together with your HR colleague your responsibilities include:Talent development and training: run talent reviews and implement leadership development, succession planning, and talent management frameworks to strengthen organizational capability and build scalable leadership pipelines across the US organization.Organisational design and change management, advice our leaders in how to organise imec US within a matrix organisation in line with global standards. Including evaluation of team structures, role clarity, spans and layers, and long-term organizational scalability aligned with business growth objectives.Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance, managing employment law, data protection, and local HR policies.Act as a trusted HR partner, supporting leaders and employees while managing key external partners.Talent Acquisition and onboarding, running a scalable hiring process and driving recruitment to grow imec US.Serve as a thought leader in collaboration with other leaders to help envision the strategic decisions to continue attracting and retaining top talent.What we do for youAt imec, we believe people perform at their best when they are supported, challenged, and connected to meaningful innovation. Who you areMinimum 10 years of HR experience, with a proven experience in HR Business partnering, organisational design and talent development. Provide strategic & operational balance through an ability to think strategically about organizational growth while maintaining focus on operational execution and compliance.Demonstrate autonomy & initiative through high degree of self-management, and the ability to operate effectively without direct local HR supervision.Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to act as a cultural bridge between Leuven headquarters and US employees working remotely and located across physical sites.You hold a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, reflecting your expertise and commitment to professional HR standards.You are based in the Orlando metro area and are regularly able to work from the Neocity site in Kissimmee.
