Travel Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist Assistant - Acute - (PTA) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1529.00 - $1575.00 1+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. IN License and BLS required. Candidate expected to float between acute care and rehab unit (both in the inpatient hospital). Must have the ability to see adult ortho/neuro inpatients for evaluation and treatment. Previous inpatient experience preferred. Candidate should be outgoing, friendly, enjoy fast-pace, build relationships quickly and be team-oriented. Equipment: Vector, Bioness L300 and H200, Erigo (willing to train in these items). EMR: Epic. Scrub Color: Charcoal Gray. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 1 Reference in entire work history Preferred Qualifications Previous inpatient experience Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
