Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on an inspiring opportunity to support student success as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational setting. This is a full-time, contract maternity leave position for the 2026-2027 academic year, starting November 5th and extending through mid-February. You'll provide essential services to students, helping them thrive academically, socially, and physically.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (must present a copy when applying)
• Prior experience as a school-based OT preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
• Proficiency in tailoring interventions for diverse student needs and challenges

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, interventions, and therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and student progress
• Support students in building skills for classroom participation, daily routines, and independence
• Educate staff and families on strategies that promote student growth and access to curriculum
