Employment Type Part Time Location San Diego, CA Responsibilities Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel Schedule up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; no weekends or evenings Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Additional Technical Projects: Available at higher rates, based on need W2 Employment: Includes bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Travel reimbursement: Store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance Paid training time Accrue PTO hours every week you work Requirements Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory Attention to detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams Independent and teamwork skills: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed Tech‑ready: Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with the latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; required to use vehicle for role Physical ability: Stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
