• Flexible inpatient and outpatient mix; physicians choose their preferred balance
• Established private practice founded in 1978 with strong physician retention
• Team of 16 psychiatrists and 15 allied behavioral health professionals
• Inpatient caseload averages 15 - 20 patients Monday - Friday mornings
• Outpatient: 3 - 4 afternoons per week with 6 - 12 patients per session
• Weekend call approximately 1:4 with shared after-hours coverage
• Dedicated nursing staff and full administrative support in every office
• J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available; board-certified required
