Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience developing and executing test plans for components and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with functional, environmental, EMI, and structural testing, along with strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Location: Anaheim, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and reports for component- and system-level testing.
- Perform functional and environmental testing on hardware and document test results.
- Support development testing for components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define, document, execute, and analyze test procedures and results.
- Prepare and maintain Qualification Test Plans, Qualification Test Procedures, and Qualification Test Reports.
- Support integration and testing activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and support test equipment, test stands, and fixtures.
- Coordinate the design and build of test stands and fixtures with engineering stakeholders.
- Develop LabVIEW software for test fixtures and test stands.
- Support testing involving EMI and structural requirements.
- Ensure testing aligns with applicable specifications, standards, and requirements.
- Troubleshoot test issues and work proactively with engineering teams to resolve challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with component- and system-level testing.
- Experience with functional and environmental testing.
- Knowledge of DO-160 and MIL-STD-810 testing standards.
- Experience with test equipment development and test fixture design.
- Hands-on experience with LabVIEW development.
- Experience with integration and test processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Background in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering is preferred.
- Experience with aerospace, systems, or quality standards is a plus.
