Policies & Procedures Analyst II

DPP is seeking a Policies & Procedures Analyst II for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry.

Work Location: Onsite in Linthicum MD
Duration: 6 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: US Citizen

Responsibilities:

• The Policies and Procedures Analyst will support the development and maintenance of Mission Systems sector procedures manuals work instructions and forms published to the MS Sector Principles and Operating Practices (PrOP) system.
• Analyze document content for adequate internal process controls and to identify/eliminate redundancies or conflicts with other published company/sector document content.
• Ensure grammatical correctness and apply PrOP document standards and format.
• Support stakeholder review of documents and ensure the swift and effective resolution of comments and feedback.
• Ensure strict adherence to process/internal requirements for the control of documents files and metadata and retention of supporting process records/artifacts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience (or a Masters degree).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Vizio and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS.
• Have developed and implemented metrics related to process rigor.
