We're seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Dermatologist to serve an established and growing referral base in southeastern Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a well-supported specialty environment with an existing clientele and strong referral relationships throughout the region.

WVRC Waukesha is a VetCOT Level 2 Trauma Center located within a strong referral community and supported by an extensive team of specialists including Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Critical Care, Surgery, Neurology, Anesthesiology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation. You'll work alongside a large emergency team, rotating interns, dedicated technicians, and client-focused support staff, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will:

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic and allergic conditions in companion animals.
• Perform advanced dermatologic procedures and diagnostics, including skin biopsies, allergy testing, otic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate closely with Internal Medicine, Oncology, Surgery, Critical Care, and Emergency services on complex cases.
• Provide clear and compassionate client communication regarding diagnostics, treatment options, and long-term care plans.
• Mentor technicians and support staff involved in dermatology patient care.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Wisconsin veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Veterinary Dermatology (DACVD) or residency-trained in Dermatology.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
