First Impression Doors & More is seeking an experienced, highly organized Customer Service / Appointment Scheduler to join our team.

This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and the ability to coordinate both sales appointments and customer service calls .

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in windows and doors
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations
• Schedule and coordinate service calls for existing customers
• Communicate with customers regarding service scheduling and appointment updates
• Follow up promptly with prospective customers and unscheduled leads
• Obtain and provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other insurance documentation required by HOAs and property management companies
• Coordinate with HOAs and property managers when necessary to obtain required documentation
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM
• Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding items
• Communicate effectively with our sales, production, installation, and service teams

Qualifications

• Prior home improvement experience strongly preferred
• Window and door industry experience is a major plus
• Must be extremely articulate and professional on the telephone
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must be comfortable coordinating multiple appointments and service requests
• Experience working with HOAs, property managers, and insurance documentation is preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM and scheduling software
• Excellent follow-through is essential
• Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
