To support a dynamic remote team, the full-time HR Advisor will provide guidance on employee relations, maintain HR records, and enhance HR processes while collaborating with marketing and talent acquisition efforts. Key responsibilities Serve as an advisor on employee relations and engagement matters Maintain accurate HR records and manage the HRIS Collaborate with marketing and talent acquisition to enhance employer branding and manage social media recruitment campaigns Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations and branding Experience with HRIS systems Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms Fluency in English Must possess a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) and a mobile device (iOS or Android)
