Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder for a local company. This role involves fabricating parts, welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, operating shop equipment, and supporting general shop operations.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Fabricate parts to specifications
- Operate press brake, shear, ironworker, saw, lathe, and other shop equipment
- Weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Receive and organize equipment and materials
- Maintain inventory and order steel as needed
- Assist with service work and field crews when required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of fabrication experience preferred
- Strong welding and blueprint-reading skills
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and safely
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Work Environment:
- Shop setting with occasional travel to job sites
