Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, the full-time Senior Knowledge Management Analyst will develop and manage knowledge content for contact center agents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in knowledge management processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain a knowledge base in SharePoint, ensuring content accuracy and relevance Collaborate cross-functionally to assess knowledge base needs and implement best practices for documentation Create training materials and workflows to enhance the knowledge management process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in knowledge/content management and immigration law Experience in analytics, business writing, and plain language Advanced degree or professional designation preferred U.S. Citizenship required due to contract stipulations Experience working within a contact center is preferred
