Overview Faculty position employed by the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine, practicing in UT Health East Texas facilities.  The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time academic Pulmonology & Critical Care physician to join a growing division committed to excellence in clinical care, medical education, and program development. This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in the continued growth of an expanding pulmonary & critical care program within a rapidly evolving academic health system. Through its partnership with UT Health East Texas , the School of Medicine is committed to advancing patient care, medical education, clinical innovation, and scholarly activity while expanding access to specialized services throughout the region. • Join team of (8) Physicians (4) APP's
• Inpatient & Outpatient 
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 
• Patient Volume 12-15+
• Call: 1:8
• Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue

Requirements : BE/BC in both Pulmonology and Critical Care Recruitment Package may include:

Our service area has a population of over 1.1 million.  About UT Tyler School of Medicine: The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine is the first medical school in East Texas and the seventh in The University of Texas System. Its mission is to train future healthcare professionals to embrace responsibility for the unique needs of rural and hard-to-reach communities and populations, particularly those in East Texas.  The school offers a robust Graduate Medical Education program, with 20 residency and fellowship training programs, enabling graduates to gain specialized skills in areas such as family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, surgery, and anesthesia. Additionally, UT Tyler?s Master of Biotechnology program provides students with an interdisciplinary curriculum that emphasizes medical research and biotechnology innovation, preparing them for careers in medical research, diagnostics and therapeutic development. Construction is currently underway on a five-story, 248,000-square-foot Medical Education Building (MEB) in Tyler?s Midtown District. Connected by a skybridge to UT Health Tyler, the MEB will support interdisciplinary education for medical students and resident training.
