Join Our Team as Front of House Support at Thai Basil Restaurant!
Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences? Thai Basil Restaurant, located in the heart of Sacramento, CA, is looking for a dedicated and friendly Front of House Support team member to join us. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll DoAs a key part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and providing attentive, knowledgeable service.
- Supporting servers by delivering food and beverages to tables accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring dishes are promptly delivered with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean, organized dining area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
- Occasionally handling payments and operating the POS system.
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed.
