Gain experience preparing a variety of cuisines and dining experiences, from casual dining and upscale à la carte service to banquets and special events, while learning from experienced chefs and expanding your culinary skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.In this role, you will prepare a variety of hot and cold food items for restaurant outlets, banquets, and catering events while following established recipes and culinary standards. Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal).Job Details:Responsibilities:Prepare and service all food items, to include hot and cold, for all meal periods in the outlets, banquets and/or catering menus according to property recipes and standards.Ensure production of food in a timely manner.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area following safety guidelines.Ensure food meets the quality, taste, and appearance standards of DMC.Check and complete mise en place and pars to set-up the station.Maintain a working knowledge of properly storing, rotating and maintaining products.Maintain comprehensive preparation and knife skills.Ensure outlined prep is completed in a timely manner for the next shift.Other duties as assigned by management.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Required to stand for long periods of time.Required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds – FrequentlyRequired to push and/or pull 90+ pounds and lift up to 90 pounds with assistance – OccasionallyReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Our Company:Desert Mountain Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, located in the scenic foothills of North Scottsdale, Arizona.
