Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time

Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Responsibilities Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned. Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance. Work with club team to identify and resolve inventory or equipment problems, including expired or short‑dated items. Communicate when merchandise needs replenishment and coordinate pulling from reserve area to avoid sales floor replenishment. Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators. Follow operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club. Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met. Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures. Maintain the SFC area neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties, including removal of trash and cardboard; handle damaged goods and spoiled products per SOP. Process returns to the club and determine handling method (via DDR or Membership desk). Adhere to all club policies and procedures, including dress code standards. Meet OMNI productivity expectations, service level agreements, performance metrics and goals. Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments as needed. See the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Work involves continuous movement, bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Continuously lift objects up to 30 pounds; may occasionally lift heavier objects with assistance. Work in a comfortable environment with moving machinery and loud equipment; may be brief exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders. Possible exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents. Compensation In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
