Overview Operates delivery vehicles to transport products and merchandise. Ensures safe operations of all delivery vehicles and compliance with all government laws and regulations. Maintains required licensing and medical certification. Acts as a top‑level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers. Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests. Loads and organizes products and materials for delivery into delivery vehicle following safety guidelines. Monitors vehicle maintenance and alerts management on maintenance issues. Completes electronic logs and submits supporting documentation according to Department of Transportation regulations. Verifies accuracy of delivery and obtains proper signatures. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Job Details Pay Range : $18.50 - $31.72 per hour or full‑time salary, depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Anticipated Weekly Hours : 40 Time Type : Full time Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of twelve (12) months experience working in a full‑time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous two (2) years. No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last four (4) years. Two or fewer violations of motor vehicle laws (other than parking only) within the past three (3) years. No conviction of any offense involving the operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol/drugs within the last five (5) years. No conviction of any careless or reckless driving offense within the past five (5) years. No preventable accidents resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history (commercial motor vehicle). No conviction of a criminal offense involving a commercial vehicle, including operating while under the influence of a controlled substance, transporting of a controlled substance, or a felony involving the use of a commercial motor vehicle.
