Primary Skills:

• Oracle Applications, Oracle
• Implementation of interfaces and custom solutions for Oracle ebiz 12.1.3. Modules include Inventory, Shipping, Order Management and ASCP.
• Gathers business requirements through collaboration with internal/external customers. Communicates requirements to counterparts within the IT organization. Communicates technical constraints, concerns and other variables identified within IT to the business. Acts as liaison between the business units and IT. Supports the development of project proposals, business cases, project charters and related documents. Travel may be required.

Nature and Scope:

Supervisory role is limited to assigning work and reviewing work of others, does not conduct performance reviews Works under limited supervision, relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals Leads small to medium projects, participates in projects of all sizes Provides internal/external customer interface, and leads small projects

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

Years of Experience: A minimum of 6 years of in-depth business experience with the bulk of that experience serving a business/IT liaison role

Required Skills:

• Experience in business analysis and providing business solutions
• Basic knowledge of systems development cycles, methodologies, and work flow diagramming
• Knowledge of company's business and technical environments
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
