Job Description
C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Receptionist in Jefferson City. Salary/hours for Receptionist: $17-$20/hr.; Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Scan, file and organize documents
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Enter and maintain information within the CRM system
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word
Job Requirements
- Previous receptionist, administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word
- Comfortable learning and using CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Salary
$17-$20/hr.
