Team Manager

Team Manager Position Flynn Group, a leading franchise operator, seeks a Team Manager for Panera Bread cafes. Position Description Our Panera Bread cafes are upscale, friendly venues offering baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. Managers work morning shifts with no late nights or fryers. They supervise up to 75 staff members to ensure a top‑quality service experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a role‑model and lead the team. Ensure team members provide excellent customer service. Take ownership of the business performance of the restaurant. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures. Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts to ensure a consistent positive customer experience. Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. Greeting customers and conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction. Recruit, train, and motivate staff. Assist the bakery specialist in training and ensuring team competence in all aspects of food service and customer support. Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within company guidelines, cultural values, and ethical business practices. Promote and embody Flynn Group values and beliefs. Education and Experience At least 1–2 years of hospitality experience. Food management certifications are a plus. Demonstrated “Run It Like You Own It” mentality. Excellent organization, customer service, and time‑management skills. Proven leadership track record. Passion, energy, and a positive attitude. Compensation Range Team Manager Compensation Range: $23.50–$25.00 per hour. Physical Standards Must be able to stand and move comfortably for up to ten (10) hours. Must safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds. Must read and write for communication. Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
