Creative Director

Must be able to work onsite in the San Diego office 2 days per week. Are you a creative leader who can shape brands from strategy through execution? We're partnering with an innovative healthcare advertising agency looking for a Creative Director (Art) to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture brand thinking and exceptional creative execution. In this role, you'll: Lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging discussions with clients and internal teams. Drive creative development from concept through execution across integrated campaigns. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Art Directors and Copywriters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative culture. Partner closely with strategy, account, and scientific teams to deliver impactful HCP campaigns. Ensure creative excellence while balancing strategic thinking with flawless execution. We're looking for someone with: Extensive pharmaceutical advertising agency experience. A strong art direction background with exposure to copywriting and messaging development. Experience managing both art and copy teams. Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and translating insights into compelling creative. Strong HCP healthcare advertising experience (patient marketing experience is a plus). Proven people management and leadership experience.
