Program Coordinator - Public Sector

Job Description Client: AT&T FirstNet Program: FirstNet Product & Compliance Operations Overview AT&T FirstNet is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support a portfolio of FirstNet initiatives focused on subscriber growth, compliance, eligibility, governance, operational reporting, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for someone who is smart, coachable, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The individual does not need to be a FirstNet expert or deep telecommunications SME. The business is looking for someone with strong operational instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. The ideal candidate will help coordinate projects, track deliverables, support reporting efforts, maintain governance processes, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure programs continue moving forward. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination Support multiple FirstNet initiatives simultaneously. Track action items, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate across business, product, operations, compliance, and technical stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, risks, and next steps. Escalate blockers and drive follow-up actions to completion. Governance & Reporting Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, status reports, and project documentation. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements. Maintain governance artifacts and audit documentation. Ensure workstreams stay aligned with business objectives and contractual obligations. Provide visibility into risks, issues, and project health. Process & Operations Support Validate and review information across multiple systems. Support compliance and operational initiatives. Help manage ongoing operational workflows and special projects. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies. Assist with backlog tracking and prioritization efforts. Stakeholder Management Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple teams. Communicate project updates and status to leadership and stakeholders. Support cross-functional alignment and issue resolution. Facilitate information gathering and follow-up activities. Continuous Improvement Help identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization. Support AI, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives when appropriate. Contribute ideas to improve scalability, reporting visibility, and program execution.
