High school diploma.
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
One year related experience. Experience in a blood donor center, preferred.
Venipuncture competency required if employee performs blood draws. SKILLS:
Excellent communications skills including public speech.

Expectations:
Develops and coordinates the blood donor program to meet Donor Center goals. Responsible for recruiting whole blood and platelet donors by interacting with the community, various organizations, and other potential donors by establishing events such as mobile and/or in-house collections and conducting informational meetings. Provides supervision to donor telemarketers. This position requires flexibility of hours. EDUCATION:High school diploma.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $35.00 - $52.50.Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
