Together, DealCloud with Celeste puts governed, agentic AI to work across the full deal lifecycle, from fundraising and deal sourcing through pipeline management, investor coverage, and exits.You'll own product marketing for an assigned part of our AI dealmaking offering, which serves Real Asset firms. That means owning the messaging, the launch, and the enablement, and carrying each from a positioning document through to what sellers say in front of dealmakers. DealCloud is established, trusted, and deeply embedded in how these firms work; pairing it with new AI ways of working, new packages, and new pricing constructs is how we redefine the CRM category. Expect the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage motion, backed by the distribution, client relationships, and data advantages of the category leader. This is a career-level (P3) role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, AI Dealmaking Solutions.You'll work where product strategy, positioning, and field activation meet: turning platform capability into tools sellers use and turning what you hear in the field into sharper positioning, packaging, and product input.What you will doOwn your product's positioning and messaging. Build the persona, message map, and solution bill of materials. Distill the value proposition into business outcomes buyers recognize, validate it with customers and sales, and sharpen it as the market responds.Own the buyer and the feedback loop. Plan and run customer discovery, maintain the persona and ICP for your product, and hold regular client-insight cadence. Synthesize what you hear into structured input to positioning, packaging, pricing, and roadmap.Own the competitive story. Run a structured win/loss program, produce competitive summaries and landscape analysis, build the battlecards, and brief sellers on how Intapp wins against the alternatives.Own the go-to-market plan. Shape motion, channel, and timing for your product, and coordinate cross-functional execution with coaching from your manager. Contribute structured analysis and a clear recommendation to packaging and pricing decisions, including usage-based mechanics such as AI credits.Lead launches end-to-end. Own the RACI, get product, sales, marketing, and post-sales ready, and track readiness through to adoption rather than to launch day.Build the enablement toolkit. Own objection-handling best practices, talk tracks, and FAQs, deliver product training to sales and client success, and keep it all current as packaging and the market evolve.Carry the story outward. Brief demand generation on campaign messaging, recommend case study angles, own the reference program for your product, and lead analyst briefings with support from your manager.Measure and optimize. Own GTM performance reporting for your product, identify where the motion is leaking, and bring recommendations and OKR input to your manager.What you will need4+ years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in enterprise SaaS, including at least one product whose messaging and launch you owned end to end.Financial services exposure. Familiarity with private capital or investment banking workflows (deal sourcing, fundraising, LP coverage, pipeline management, and M&A advisory), or a demonstrated ability to build domain fluency fast. You'll need enough credibility to write for sellers who face dealmakers daily.Exceptional writing and storytelling. You can turn an agentic AI platform and a usage-based commercial model into a clear, confident story for a senior buyer and a usable talk track for a seller.Launch experience. You've led or co-led a launch across product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, and you know what readiness actually requires versus what a checklist claims.Data-driven. You're comfortable working with GTM performance data, pipeline, win/loss, usage, and adoption metrics, and turning it into a clear recommendation rather than a dashboard. You'd sooner test a claim against the numbers than assert it, and you know which metric answers the question in front of you.Seller EQ and Empathy. You've built playbooks, battlecards, and objection handling that sellers have adopted, and you check whether they land instead of assuming they do.Client Empathy.
