This position represents the organization as a technical specialist in providing solutions to difficult technical issues.Supports aircraft and material surveys, purges, and quality containment activities.Supports and engages with continuous improvement initiatives.Basic QualificationsMinimum 5 years of aerospace quality experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, technical data, and work instructions to ensure compliance and product integrity.Desired SkillsProven experience with the F‑35 program or comparable military‑aircraft platforms.Experience with Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar manufacturing management systems, Apriso, Product Data Management (PDM) or similar engineering database, and Visualization Assembly System (VAS) or similar visualizations systems.Direct involvement in Final Acceptance and Safety‑of‑Flight inspections.Ability to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate nonconformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with DCMA and Production colleagues.Demonstrated professional interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.Experience conducting/coordinating process/product evaluations and assessments.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
