Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions precisely according to the PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment in a timely, accurate way
• Empower patients through education and personalized home exercise programs
• Keep the supervising PT informed on patient status, achievements, and concerns
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in all you do
• Help patients restore mobility, improve function, and reach their treatment goals

Qualifications

• You're a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• You hold an active state PTA license or are ready to obtain one
• You can confidently follow treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• You have strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
• You're committed to providing high-quality, compassionate rehab care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Implementing physical therapy interventions
• Tracking and documenting patient progress
• Teaching home exercise programs
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team
• Maintaining infection control and safety compliance
• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary rehab team
