Human Resources Business Partner, Lead AssociatePeraton is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Associate supporting programs within our Space portfolio. This role reports to the Business Unit Senior HR Vice President and partner with leaders with alignment between business priorities, program needs, and people strategy execution.The HRBP improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, and coaching and counseling managers and employees. The role independently handles employee relations issues and provides guidance on complex workplace matters. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
