General Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including rotating shifts where applicable Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed Why Join the team?
