Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans in partnership with our multidisciplinary team. Communication is key, so expect to engage with residents, their loved ones, and fellow healthcare professionals to share updates and coordinate care. Your schedule will be flexible, with shifts available from 7 a.m.to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., allowing you to choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle while effectively contributing to our patient care objectives.
