Responsibilities
- Assess patients with movement limitations and determine PT diagnoses and treatment needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to restore mobility and function
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and communicate results to the rehabilitation team
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record and ensure compliance with relevant policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists; travel between facilities to cover assignments as needed

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Montana
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certifications such as dry needling or pelvic floor therapy are preferred
- Experience using computer applications and electronic health records in a healthcare setting
- Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role (lifting, positioning, transferring patients) and travel between sites as required
