Temporary Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Are you someone who is reliable and experienced in performing essential maintenance tasks? Hines Building Maintenance (HBM) is seeking a motivated and hands-on experienced Maintenance Technician I to join our team supporting an independent private school campus. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring optimal operation and safety. This is temporary position with the possibility of turning into a regular full time position. The schedule for this role is Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm-8:30pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine and general maintenance and repairs across the facility buildings and grounds Assist with plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting , and minor HVAC Assist with repairs or installations, such as appliance, drywall, and/or flooring Troubleshoot facility issues Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during maintenance procedures Support campus staff with facility-related concerns in a timely and respectful manner Follow all company safety procedures and site protocols This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
