• Schedule: Nights, 4x10, 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Roles and Responsibilities: Demonstrate clinical expertise in the operating room, facilitate surgical procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license (meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri), BLS certification from AHA, 2 years of Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (teaching hospital experience may be considered), scrub and OR circulator experience, demonstrated skill in human relations and communications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience with multiple years of experience.
• Additional Information: Night shift orientation on day shift; must be available the entire week. Flu vaccination or Mercy approved exemption is required from November 1 through April 1, with declinations not accepted. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability, and coordinating care in conjunction with other departments.
