With a one-to-one patient care model and exposure to a wide variety of specialties, including robotics, cardiovascular, orthopedics, plastics, OB-GYN, neurosurgery, urology, and trauma, nurses gain valuable experience while developing expertise across multiple service lines.Our flexible scheduling process is designed to support work-life balance, allowing team members to request up to three preferred shifts during each four-week scheduling period to help accommodate appointments, personal commitments, and time off. Following orientation, nurses are typically assigned more frequently to their preferred specialty area while maintaining competency across all surgical services.One of the unique benefits of joining our team is the opportunity to build strong professional relationships with our surgeons and interdisciplinary team members, fostering a supportive culture focused on collaboration, growth, and outstanding patient outcomes.How you'll contributeA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) who excels in this role:Works closely with all emergency services staffEstablishes positive relationships with patients/families and visitorsPerforms aseptic surgical techniques while functioning as a surgical assistant for trauma alerts/proceduresResponsible for the proper collection of most specimens used in laboratory analysis within the scope of their knowledge and experience (Phlebotomy, POC testing)Performs point of care testing, and follows appropriate quality control proceduresAssists with the admission, transfer and discharge of patients as appropriate, including the transporting of patients throughout the facilityWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
