Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Call once per week and every 6th weekend
• 13-week contract with potential for extension

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Current CST certification
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle and prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for general surgical procedures
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of specific assigned surgical cases and anticipate the surgical team’s needs
• Support patient preparation, including safe and timely transport within the operating environment
• Maintain attention to sterile technique and established safety protocols at every step
• Deliver reliable service support, assisting with building services and patient care tasks as directed
• Remain responsive and ready to act according to established procedures during emergent situations
