We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven  Licensed Florida Title Agent to oversee and lead a growing title branch. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive title industry experience, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional closing experience for clients, agents, lenders, and business partners.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the title branch

Ensure compliance with Florida title insurance regulations and underwriter guidelines

Manage escrow and closing operations

Lead, mentor, and develop branch personnel

Maintain exceptional customer service standards

Build and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners

Review files for accuracy, quality, and compliance

Resolve complex title, escrow, and closing issues

Drive branch growth, efficiency, and profitability

Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture

Qualifications

Active Florida Title Agent License required

Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience within the title industry

Strong knowledge of Florida title insurance, escrow procedures, and closing practices

Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience with title production and settlement software

Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance

Professional, positive, and collaborative leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships within the Florida real estate, mortgage, or builder community

Experience managing a high-volume title operation

Strong understanding of escrow accounting, compliance, and risk management

Book of business is a plus, but not required
