At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation

• $28.00/hr to $35.00/hr (based on location, total experience, cert, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
