STOCK ASSISTANT, THE ORION AMPHITHEATER

ROLE: Stock Assistant, The Orion Amphitheater

LOCATION: Huntsville, AL

REPORTS TO: F&B Manager (Site Operations)

POSITION: Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Stock Assistant at The Orion Amphitheater supports smooth bar operations by handling setup, assisting with deliveries, and restocking all bar areas. This role ensures cleanliness and organization, allowing bar staff to focus on serving guests. As a key link between bartenders, bar leadership, and other team members, the Stock Assistant assists the F&B Manager (Site Operations) in enhancing the overall guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively with the F&B management team, bartenders, and other F&B staff to support smooth operations

• Uphold all health, safety, and responsible service standards at all times
• Stock bars with all necessary items before and during events
• Assist with directing and unloading deliveries
• Help with inventory-related tasks as requested
• Ensure bars are organized, clean, and fully equipped prior to event days
• Restock and prepare for the next event as directed
• Maintain knowledge of bar locations and inventory to support efficient flow of exceptional service
• Perform additional support tasks as requested by supervisors or management

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES

• Ability to read and communicate clearly and effectively
• Two years of hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Flexible working schedule
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Must maintain a professional approach to their job and guest service at all times
