Client Liaison

Job Description

Our firm is in immediate need of a full-time client liaison. The ideal candidate would be outgoing, friendly, dependable, and have a general working knowledge of domestic law. Routine responsibilities will include answering phones, communicating with clients and potential clients, scheduling mediations and appointments, and opening, maintaining, and closing files. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. This office (Gainesville) is small with only 2 other employees and is conveniently located on the square. We allow flexibility when needed and only work until 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
