Remote Physician Collaborator for Fracture Care

Humana Inc. invites physicians to join CenterWell Senior Primary Care as a Physician Collaborator. This fully remote role involves about 5 hours of work per month, reporting to the Associate Director, and coordinating with APPs delivering wraparound services for patients who recently fractured. You will support care quality from home.
Requirements include Mississippi medical license, MD/DO, board cert/eligible, and 2+ years partnering with mid-level clinicians.
