RDR is seeking a Tractor Driver to round out our Support Services Division.ResponsibilitiesSchedule: 12+ Hour Shifts NightsThis role operates in industrial and environmental service settings and requires strong attention to safety, compliance, and customer serviceDrivers will be responsible for transporting, loading, and delivering materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and company regulationsThis is a physically active role requiring flexibility to work extended shifts (12+ hours) in a fast-paced field environmentSafely operate CDL A or B vehicles, roll off preferredPerform pickups, deliveries, and transport of materials to and from customer sites, landfills, and processing facilitiesLoad and unload containers and equipment as requiredSecure loads in compliance with DOT and company standardsComplete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issuesMaintain accurate logs, trip reports, and required documentationAdhere to all DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and proceduresCommunicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customersProvide professional and courteous service at all job sitesMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle(s)Follow all site-specific safety requirements, including PPE usageIndustrial, construction, landfill, and environmental service settingsOutdoor exposure to weather, dust, odors, and heavy equipmentFast-paced and safety-sensitive environmentQualificationsValid CDL Class A required.Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical5+ years of previous experience operating tractor trailers, rollback, roll-off trucks, and/or other CDL vehiclesStrong understanding of DOT regulations and safety practicesAbility to safely work long hours, including 12+ hour shifts and weekendsAbility to work in outdoor and industrial environmentsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 100+ pounds regularlyAbility to climb, bend, stoop, and enter/exit vehicles repeatedlyAbility to sit for extended periods while drivingAbility to work in varying weather and environmental conditionsRead, write English fluentlyBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance401K Matching
