Business Consultant Senior Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Consultant Senior is responsible for translating highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. These needs typically involve significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions. The role also provides expertise to lower level consultants. Responsibilities Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal solutions. Determines specific business application software requirements to address highly complex and varied business needs. Might lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary (up to 20% travel). Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years business analysis experience, including analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computers, hardware and operating systems; minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, & Experiences Pharmacy Benefit Management operations experience in claims, accumulators, and historical data files. Product owner experience with Agile Methodologies. Data analysis and data extract capabilities using SQL. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this position is $96,480.00 to $166,428.00.
