The Office Nurse prescribes and coordinates professional nursing care for assigned patients, carrying out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing practice, medical direction, and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. The Office Nurse utilizes the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
